With the Bantam Rural AA Provincials concluding on Sunday, both medal rounds provided a worthy watch.
The Gold Medal match-up featured the Seine River Snipers vs McDonald. This game went into a double overtime with McDonald coming up with the victory, 4-3.
The Bronze Medal game had the Southwest Jets defeating the Northern Knights 4-1.
To proceed into the medal standings the Snipers clinched a buy into the gold medal game with 3 wins in three games. For the other placements there was a three way tie that was decided buy a goals for/ goals against deferential.
GDI Prairies would like to congratulate Silver Medalist goaltender Dan Leclaire from the Seine River Snipers and Bronze Medal winner Austin Lotz, goaltender from the Southwest Jets.
