OUR 1 ON 1 TRAINING
While GDI's cutting edge curriculums
and development progressions form
the anchor for our development process,
one-on-one instruction allows netminders
to receive added and targeted instruction
to minimize weakness and maximize
performance.
Unlike most other facilities and training centers,
GDI believes in maximizing one-on-one training
time but also understands the importance of proper
technique training, warm-up, and cool-down time.
Our lessons are structured so that each goalie is fully
prepared for a productive lesson. Each lesson
consists of a strict focus on position-specific-movement
(15 minutes) and detailed technical instruction (45 minutes).
