It took just five games for the Winnipeg Warriors to claim the 2010/2011 City Midget AAA Championship. After trading wins in game one and two, the Warriors exploded offensively in games four and five, taking the games by scores of 5-0 and 11-1. Game five was much tighter but the Warriors held on to take the series with a 5-3 win.
GDI Prairies would like to congratulate both goaltenders, Alex Moodie and Nolan Bray, for their success with the Warriors. Training consistantly throughout the year with GDI, both goaltenders had built up a wall of confidence that evidently helped them defend the net for their team.
