The Pembina Valley Hawks have forced a game 5 as they won this afternoon in a 6-5 high scoring affair. The Hawks were able to get ahead early as they scored 4 goals in the first period. The Cougars battled back hard in the second and third periods getting to within 1 with 43 seconds left, but could not catch up to the Hawks' lead.
With the Hawks win against the Southwest Cougars, both teams will compete in a do or die match-up tomorrow night at 7:30 in Morden. The winner will advance to the AAA Provincial Finals to face The Eastman Selects.
