The Female Winnipeg Gold Hockey Team finished with a silver medal to end out their tournament performance. The Winnipeg Gold team lost to Team Central in a close 2 - 1 final match-up. For full tournament results click here.
GDI Prairies would like to congratulate Team Gold's goaltender, Samantha Goodbrandson, who had a strong outing throughout the tournament with her team. Also, Samantha is currently in the Semi-Final round of the AA Female Midget Playoffs. Sammy, best of luck in your next game on the 13th!
The Female Winnipeg Blue Hockey Team finished in fourth place, losing to Team Eastman in the Bronze Medal match-up.
