Come out and support the Manitoba Provincial and City Midget Final Series this weekend. Both AAA levels are competing for their League Championship.
- The Pembina Valley Hawks had battled their way back and eliminated the Southwest Cougars in game 5 to meet the Eastman Selects in the AAA Provincial final which gets underway on Saturday for game 1 beginning at 7:45 in Beausejour.
Both AAA Provincial teams will advance to the AAA Midget Western Regionals regardless of the outcome of this series, as Pembina Valley is the host team.
- The Winnipeg Hawks of the AAA City final have climbed their way up to stand at two games to none against the Winnipeg Monarchs in the best of 5 series. Game 3 begins Sunday at 7:30 at Notre Dame arena in Winnipeg.
