Roberto Luongo recorded a shutout in Canada's 8-0 thrashing of Norway in Olympic preliminary action Tuesday night.
Although Luongo did not face many shots (15), he was tested on a few Norwegian power plays and looked sharp.
He was particularly strong when he turned aside shots from Tore Vikingstad and former NHL'er Patrick Thoresen during a Norwegian man advantage early in the third period.
Canada's next action is set for Thursday, February 18th against Switzerland.
